<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with references to Russian cultural figures in the works of the American poet F. O’Hara (1926–1966). References in the article are grouped into three directions – Russian avant-garde poets, F. Dostoevsky and Russian composers. The article also demonstrates how exactly those allusions are presented in the works of F. O’Hara. The end of the article demonstrates a tendency in references to people, mostly as representatives of the Russian emigration and dissident movement (with the exception of V. Mayakovsky and F. Dostoevsky).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Ф.
