<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article aims to clarify the socio-cultural connections between the rock community (musicians, fans, journalists) and members of the literary process (poets, writers, critics) in the late USSR. Some common ground between the groups was noticeable from the very beginning of rock’s spread in the Soviet Union, and as the years went by, the common ground grew. It is also associated with the tradition to consider rock culture in the context of literature: not only in the sense of common poetics, but also some formal features. For instance, the desire to unite in informal circles and communities, as well as an interest in samizdat as the main way to express their ideas.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>неофициальная культура</kwd><kwd>советский андеграунд</kwd><kwd>рокпоэзия</kwd><kwd>литературные объединения</kwd><kwd>квартирник</kwd><kwd>рок-клуб</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>unofficial culture</kwd><kwd>Soviet underground</kwd><kwd>rock poetry</kwd><kwd>literary associations</kwd><kwd>apartment concert</kwd><kwd>rock club</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Афанасьев 2018 – Афанасьев А.С.
