В статье анализируется публицистическая составляющая романа П.Н. Краснова «За чертополохом», написанного в первые годы жизни писателя в эмиграции. Утопический роман повествует о будущем России, о том, что через несколько десятилетий она превратится в процветающее монархическое государство, основанное на православных идеалах. Автор анализирует исторический контекст написания романа, выявляет основные общественно-политические идеи романа, показывает их сходство и различия с основными идеологическими построениями русской эмиграции первой волны.

The article analyzes the journalistic component of P.N. Krasnov’s novel “Behind the Thistle”, written in the first years of the writer’s life in exile. The utopian novel tells the story of the future of Russia, that in a few decades it will turn into a prosperous monarchical state based on Orthodox ideals. The author analyzes the historical context of the novel, reveals the main socio political ideas of the novel and shows their similarities and differences with the main ideological constructions of the Russian emigration of the first wave.
