Abstract

Vladimir Zinovyevich Sannikov, a well-known Russian linguist, passed away on December 18, 2019. He was the author of a number of works in the history of the Old Russian language, Russian morphology and Russian word formation, linguistic statistics, natural language processing, and the theory of speech acts.
