Abstract

This article represents the result of the research of sociopsychological aspects of managing TV creative and production groups which was done in indissoluble connection with the study of personal and professional qualities and competencies of subjects of the management - managers. The research worked out generalized version of media manager professiogram, demands to their qualifications, conditions of work of media managers and socio-psychological factors of his work. Main specifics of professiogram and psychogram of TV media manager were presented.
