Abstract
The article analyzes an experience of interaction of Russian journalism schools and employers. Today, educational standards and labour market demand such cooperation. The principles, dynamics and quality of cooperation in the capital and regional universities vary differ significantly. Different level of interest and competition determine the level of involvement of the employer educational process. Among the traditional forms of interaction with the employer considers the development of educational programs, festivals, forums, workshops is considered. The experience of the faculty of journalism at RSUH in the context of joint work with the representatives of the labour market is analyzed in detail. Contemporary and promising forms of cooperation are excursions to the media, teaching by practicing journalists, conducting classes in editorial offices of the media companies, conducting of Master Classes, organization of practical training. The effectiveness of interaction forms in the faculty of journalism at RSUH is confirmed by a number of objective factors. Firstly, the sustained interest and constant growth of applications of applicants within each admission campaign. Secondly, the demand for graduates of the faculty. over 90% of graduates work in the specialty. Thirdly, surveys of graduates polling.
