Abstract

The article shows how such a key concept of Russian culture as “good” is reflected in modern media space. Ideas about good largely affect the axiological scale of the journalist. Through the prism of this concept, the journalist assesses moral significance of the phenomena of public life in their correlation with an ideal. The understanding of what is good contained in the media text is conveyed to a broad readership and greatly influences public consciousness.
