Pragmatic potential of negative constructions in publicistic text (by “Kommersant - Vlast” magazine)

Abstract
In this article the pragmatic potential of negative constructions used with particle “not” is analysed by the material of weekly political magazine “Kommersant - Vlast”. The aim of the research is to define correlation between pragmatic task, fulfilled by a journalist, and the type of negative construction.
