Abstract

This article is about the Russian-language press in Odessa of the days of Romanian occupation. It is the first publication and comment upon a letter from Odessa writer and journalist N.A. Lagunova (Ivanova), to professor A. Dallin, dedicated to periodicals in Odessa in 1941–1944. The article raises questions about reasons for collaborationism among Odessa journalists of 1940-s, about relations among them, as well as questions on the periodicals orientation and etc.
