Abstract
The article deals with the current state of game journalism, i.e. journalism related to video games. The author of the article discusses how game journalism uses various channels and platforms to communicate with the audience and provide its own content. The main part of the article analyzes the peculiarities of the review genre in video game journalism. Analyzing the scientific literature, the author of the article comes to the conclusion that the genre of review in game journalism does not correspond to the genre with the same name in traditional media. It is argued that despite the rigid framework of the game industry, which assigns journalists primarily advertising functions, some of the reviewers seek to act primarily in the interests of game users, gamers. The review genre is analyzed on the materials of the rubrics of the game Internet portal “StopGame.ru”.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of multimedia projects in the modern media space. The problem of the study is the lack of a unified concept of a multimedia project and its criteria, which, in turn, makes it difficult for journalists to work with this direction in modern media. The empirical material of the study was the work of media researchers I.V. Nikishin, M.M. Luka, N.V. Kachkaeva, N.V. Kononov and special projects published in various media: Bird in Flight, Kommersant, Lifehacker, Secret Firms and No, it’s normal.
A multimedia project allows you to assimilate several formats on one platform, which can either increase the involvement of a modern audience and increase the depth of study of a topic, or interfere with the process of consuming the material.
The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the number of technical capabilities for the implementation of multimedia projects is increasing every year. And because of the speed of change in this format of Internet journalism, there is a need for constant analysis of approaches to producing such content. Initially, media projects were considered projects with a specific goal, a specific strategy, limited time and resources, and the presence of the head of a separate implementation team. But with the development of Internet communication, the mandatory presence of interactive elements was added to the existing criteria, and there were also trends towards commercialization and the presence of gamification elements.

Abstract
Journalistic style over the past fifty years has undergone a rapid and complex path of development, closely related to the revolutionary changes in media that conditioned the extra-linguistic basis of style. The formation of publicist style took place in the sixties of the twentieth century within the framework of functional stylistics. At that time a terminological system was created, the main sub-styles were identified and the most important genres of publication style were described. Since the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries, the theory of publicist style began to transform under the influence of discursive, digital and multimedia turns in linguistics. New genres and sub-styles have emerged and terminology has been updated. Current relevant issues are the scientific discussions on creation of integrative media-styleism, which includes the achievements of mediaology, gender studies, discursology and other fields of knowledge.
